1. Scope & Subject Matter

(1) LOT24 (hereinafter "LOT24" or "Platform") operates an international B2B online intermediary platform where commercial buyers and sellers can connect with each other.

(2) LOT24 is not a seller, buyer, importer, exporter, or contractual party to transactions initiated or concluded through the platform.

(3) These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the platform, in particular sellers and buyers who use LOT24 for business purposes.

2. Role of LOT24 (Intermediary Role)

(1) LOT24 provides solely the technical infrastructure to enable contacts and business initiation between users.

(2) Contracts are concluded exclusively between buyer and seller. LOT24 is neither a party to these contracts nor does LOT24 assume guarantees or obligations from these transactions.

(3) LOT24 assumes no responsibility for offer, acceptance, payment, delivery, quality, defects, or reversal of goods.

3. User Accounts & Registration

(1) Use of the platform requires registration.

(2) Users undertake to provide complete, truthful, and current information.

(3) Each user is obliged to treat access data confidentially and is liable for all activities that occur through their account.

(4) LOT24 reserves the right to reject registrations without stating reasons.

4. Obligations & Responsibility of Sellers

(1) Sellers are solely responsible for:

• the accuracy of their information,
• product descriptions,
• prices,
• availability,
• shipping,
• compliance with all applicable laws (e.g., product, trademark, customs, export, and import regulations).

(2) LOT24 assumes no liability for product quality, authenticity, safety, or legal compliance.

5. Tax & Business Verification

(1) LOT24 may formally and automatically verify tax numbers or VAT identification numbers (e.g., via VIES).

(2) This verification does not constitute a tax, legal, or economic audit.

(3) LOT24 does not guarantee the tax validity or legal compliance of the information provided.

6. Communication Between Users

(1) LOT24 enables contact between buyers and sellers.

(2) LOT24 does not actively monitor, review, or control content, agreements, or arrangements.

(3) LOT24 is not liable for content, promises, agreements, or payment arrangements made between users – regardless of whether these occur through the platform or externally.

7. Customs, Transport & Information Notice

(1) LOT24 may provide general information or notices regarding customs, transport, or trade processes.

(2) This information is:

• non-binding,
• not legally binding,
• not legal, tax, or customs advice.

(3) Responsibility for import, export, customs clearance, documents, and official approvals lies solely with the user.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

(1) Use of certain features is subject to charges and is provided through subscriptions.

(2) Billing is handled through external payment service providers (e.g., Stripe).

(3) LOT24 has no access to users' payment data.

(4) Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

9. Content & Usage Rights

(1) Users warrant that they have all necessary rights to uploaded content (texts, images, logos, etc.).

(2) Users indemnify LOT24 against all third-party claims resulting from legal violations.

(3) LOT24 is entitled to:

• review,
• block,
• remove

content if legal, technical, or economic risks exist.

10. Platform Availability

(1) LOT24 strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

(2) Maintenance work, updates, technical failures, or force majeure may lead to restrictions.

11. Limitation of Liability

(1) LOT24 is liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

(2) Liability for:

• lost profits,
• indirect damages,
• consequential damages,
• data loss,

is excluded to the extent legally permissible. (3) LOT24 is not liable for damages arising from business relationships between users.

12. Account Blocking & Termination

LOT24 is entitled to block or delete user accounts at any time, particularly in cases of:

• false information,
• violations of these Terms & Conditions,
• suspected fraud,
• legal or regulatory risks.

13. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

(1) The law of the United Kingdom applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

(2) The place of jurisdiction is – to the extent legally permissible – the registered office of LOT24's operator.

14. Changes to Terms & Conditions

LOT24 reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be informed of material changes.

15. Severability Clause

Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
